JENNIFER CHOW’S BIO, 2006

Jennifer Chow has been a professionally registered massage therapist for nearly four years. Her service diversification includes clinic operations, corporate placements, and house calls for groups and individuals. She conducts her treatments with depth and focus, reflecting positive energy for a sense of revitalization.

Her therapy has benefited patients through preventive measures, addressing acute and/or chronic injuries, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, repetitive strains (often work related), etc. By adhering to a high standard of practice and increasing her knowledge set yearly, Jennifer sees excellent results that continue to encourage her to be an advocate of deep tissue massage with many of her clients.

She feels that it is best to focus on analyzing the symptoms presented, speculating what sorts of activities may have been the root cause, and creating a plan to change the current state. Lasting results from massage are magnified when the cause initiating the problem is addressed. The Client/Therapist relationship and its connecting attributes are her top priority and act as the most important motivator.

Jennifer is fascinated with the body’s ability to repair itself naturally when the emotional, spiritual, and physical are in a state of balance. “Listening to one’s inner-self direction is the most powerful cure we can become in attunement with.”
“It is important to participate in several different activities to lead a balanced life.” Jennifer practices this through horseback riding and daily Yoga.
